Elizabeth M. (Liz) Martineau
CEO, Board Chair, President and Clinical Director
Liz founded NLG with a group of colleagues in 2002. Liz is responsible for development and implementation of NLG's strategy and future plans; for ensuring that NLG implements state of the art educational and clinical practices; and for mentoring and supervising senior clinical and management staff. Liz has authored numerous presentations highlighting NLG's clinical and strategic innovations.

Kim Borgen
Chief Financial Officer
Kim has been at NLG since 2021. She has a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of New England and a BA in Accounting, Business Admin and Economics from Gordon College.
Lori Steers
Executive Director
Lori has been at NLG since 2003. She has a Masters in Special Education and Behavioral Studies from Endicott College.
Lauren Savioli
Director of Clinical Practice
Lauren has been at NLG since 2011. She has a Masters in Behavior Education from Simmons and is working towards her Ph.D. Lauren is a BCBA and LABA. Lauren has authored and presented workshops and symposia at ABAI and BABAT. Lauren leads the Clinical Practice Team.
Robyn Stewart
Director of Clinical Operations
Robyn has been at NLG since 2005. She received her Masters in Behavior Education from Simmons in 2001. She is a BCBA and LABA. Robyn serves on NLG’s Clinical Practice Team.
Stephanie Daniels
Executive Director of Community Integration
Stephanie has been at NLG since 2003 and developed NLG’s vocational and employment programming. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Rivier University.
Sam Carroll
Program Director, Adult Services Program
Sam has been at NLG since 2014. She has a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University. She is a BCBA and a LABA.
Michael Falcone
Director of IT
Mike has provided leadership insight and support to the IT department in a variety of non-profits, including the Museum of Science, Brookhaven, Lexington Christian Academy, and North Reading Public Schools.
Jessica Slaton
Clinical Director and Director of Applied Research
Jessica has been at NLG since 2004. She received a Masters in Behavior Education at Simmons in 2006 and a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Western New England in 2016. She is a BCBA and is certified in Special Education. Jessica serves on NLG’s Behavior Council. Jessica has authored and presented numerous symposia at conferences such as APBA, ABAI and BABAT.

Katherine Johnson
Director of Training and Business Development
Katherine has been at NLG since 2023. She holds a Master's degree from Columbia University in Education of Children with Behavior Disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis. Katherine is also the Vice President and founding member of the Massachusetts Coalition for ABA Providers (MassCAP)
Heather Angus
Program Director, Day School
Heather has been at NLG since 2009. She has her Bachelors in Education from Bridgewater State University.
Maureen Lacerte
Clinical Director and Education Administrator
Maureen has been at NLG since 2002. She received her Master’s in Education at Simmons and is a BCBA and has a Professional License in Intensive Special Needs K-12. Maureen has authored and presented multiple symposia at conferences such as, ABAI and BABAT, and presented a lecture at the Boston University School of Medicine, Parker Conference, Boston, MA.
