33rd Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis Conference

Seven Nashoba Learning Group staff members presented NLG’s work at the 33rd Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT) Annual Conference on October 10-11 in Amherst Massachusetts. This conference was attended by over 1,000 behavior analysts. NLG presented a 2 part Workshop: Skills Assessment and Training for Vocational and Life Skills for Young Adults with Autism (presented by: Liz Martineau, Heather Bairos and Mandy Birt); a symposium: Teaching Essential Life skills to Adolescents and Teenagers with Autism (presented by Liz Martineau, Mandy Birt, Amber Jastrab and Heather Bairos); a paper: Using Stimulus Equivalence to Teach Peer Social Information (presented by Stephanie Shaw and Erica Christin); and Participated in an Ethics Panel (Jessica Slaton). NLG is proud to share our program innovations for the benefit of all those with autism and we were pleased to participate in this well-regarded conference.
